We countered that offer To satisfy both parties, we negotiated a solution by slightly increasing the sale price to cover the buyer's concession request while still preserving the net amount the seller desired.
Because the seller had already moved out of state, we stepped in to manage the entire process locally. I coordinated with an estate sale company to handle the sale and removal of personal items, arranged for the home to be cleaned, and oversaw every detail from start to finish.
