When we first partnered with our client, the home was already undergoing a remodel. What was projected to be a two-week turnaround unfortunately stretched into two months due. Delays with preferred contractors meant we had to have an honest, strategic conversation. Sometimes, doing what's best for the final sale means making the tough call to change course.

We brought in the right professionals, tightened the timeline, and quickly positioned the home for success. Once it hit the market, new challenges—specifically in pricing and buyer interest—surfaced, requiring us to shift our strategy again.

  • Maximum Exposure: We hosted an incredible 14 open houses to ensure every potential buyer saw the property.

  • Proactive Prospecting: We made strategic cold calls to our network to generate buyer interest directly.

After a focused effort that resulted in 44 showings, our client witnessed everything—the open house energy, the flyers being hung, the door knocking—in real time. It wasn't just about a sale; it was about knowing he chose a team that worked as hard as he had for every memory.
